Shelby Kay Elsberry

Shelby Kay Elsberry left this earth to go to heaven on August 16, 2025 at Methodist Hospital in Des Moines, IA.

Born at Mary Greeley Hospital in Ames in November of 1994, Shelby had a beautiful heart and soul and big blue eyes.  She loved animals - especially dogs, cats, lizards - and everything in between.

Shelby is survived by her son, Leo Bennett Georgick, whom she loved more than anything in the world; her mother and father, Kelli and Alan; her sister, Kayli Jayde; a niece, Presley; and a nephew, Bentley.  She was preceded in death by her grandfathers.

A Celebration of Life for Shelby will be held at the Moose Lodge, 812 8^th Street in Boone, IA at 4 PM on September 27, 2025.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family.
