Jason Vander Zyl
Jason comes to Iowa Funeral Planning with over 2 ½ years experience as a pre-planning advisor. He enjoys meeting families and individuals to have, what can be, difficult conversations to help them with options on how to put together their end-of-life celebration. While not a normal everyday conversation, Jason does remind his clients that there is a business side to end-of-life planning and that individuals are making these plans out of love for their loved ones. Jason has people tell him all the time how happy they are that their loved ones put together their end-of-life plans, which helped to make that period in their life a little less stressful; both emotionally and financially.
Before starting his career helping families pre-plan their funeral and cemetery needs, Jason spent over 23 years in the insurance industry in multiple roles with a few companies here in the Midwest and in Texas. In his free time, Jason enjoys golfing and spending time with family and friends.
