loving father to Sarah (Brad) Smuland, Ludvig (Judy) Johansen, Sandra (Perry) Galusha and Lillian Johansen. Proud grandfather of Josh, Katie, Eric, and Dylan; dear brother to Freddy, Norman, and Larry Johansen; fond uncle of many nieces, nephews, and other beloved family. He saw born on St Croix, USVI on 10/23/1936. Went home to be with his Lord and Savior on May 4th, 2024, at the age of 87.
Celebration of life to be held Thursday, May 16th 10:00 am at New Hope Assembly of God, 4425 70th St, Urbandale, IA.
