Joseph Blair, 39, of Altoona Iowa passed away unexpectedly on February 19, 2021. Joseph was born January 20, 1982 to Cindy and Mike Blair. He lived his entire life In Iowa and enjoyed working outdoors at a variety of construction jobs. Joseph was looking forward to starting a new training program in March to become a brick layer.
Joseph was a voracious reader, spent hours binge watching Doctor Who, loved all animals and enjoyed engaging anyone and everyone in political debates. His favorite activity was spending time with his beloved daughters.
Joseph is survived by daughters Sybil and Riley Jo; grandmother, Lorna Ruse; sister Lorna Blair; mothers of his children Alexandra Blair and Taylor Conway; many friends and extended family. He is preceded in death by his mother, Cindy Blair, and grandfather, Bud Ruse. There will be no traditional funeral service or visitation.
