Truman was born in Tippah County, MS on June 12, 1931. He joined the Army and served his country in the Korean War. Truman retired at the age of 60 after a long-term career in the animal feed industry. He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather and friend. He enjoyed spending time with his family playing games, being in nature, gardening, and vacationing. He was a self-taught master craftsman and handy man who could build or repair anything. Truman was a very strong and gentle man who taught his children to love God, work hard, and love and respect others. He will be sorely missed by his family and everyone who had the pleasure of knowing him.
A celebration of life will be held at a future date.
