Timothy L. Warnell

Timothy L. Warnell, age 67, of Newton, Iowa, passed away peacefully at his home on October 28, 2025. He was born on February 25, 1958, in Marshalltown, Iowa.

Tim was a hardworking, loving, and generous man, known for his giving spirit and understanding nature. He took great pride in working with his hands—whether he was building something, creating artwork, drawing, or painting, his creativity and craftsmanship always shone through.

Tim had a special love for his Airedales, who were like family to him. His dogs, children, and grandchildren brought him endless joy and filled his life with purpose and love.

He is survived by his loving wife, Kelly Warnell; daughter, Theresa Warnell; son, Timothy Warnell; and stepson, Steve Brown. Tim was also blessed with seven wonderful grandchildren: Brian and his wife, Danny Warnell and his wife, and Steve Warnell and his wife, along with several others who will carry on his memory with love and pride.

Tim’s family invites friends and loved ones to share in remembering his life. Flowers or expressions of sympathy may be sent to the family home at 405 E 3rd St S, Newton, Iowa 50208.

Tim will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. His kindness, creativity, and warmth will forever remain in the hearts of those he touched.
