Shane Patrick Simmons, 35, passed away on July 5, 2022.
Shane is survived by his parents, Dave, and Terry Simmons, brother, Nate Simmons, son, Aydrian Simmons, and niece, River Simmons.
Shane is preceded in death by his grandparents, Carl and Marjorie Simmons and Mary and Neil Grimsley as well as three uncles, aunt, and cousin.
A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be directed to Shane's parents for Aydrian's college education.
