Pamela Marie Dice, 72, formerly of Ankeny passed away Sunday, February 21, 2021 at Mercy One Hospice in Johnston due to a respiratory ailment .
Pam was born April 2, 1948 in Des Moines to Fred and Lois (Woolsey) Folden. She graduated from Roosevelt High School in 1966 and worked for Iowa DOT for 40 years. A lifelong horse woman and dog lover, Pam spent countless hours showing both and volunteered at Jester Park riding stables and took her therapy dogs on visits to nursing facilities.
Pam is survived by cousins and special friend Royce Vogt. Pam is also survived by friends who helped her over the years especially when it came time to move from Ankeny into assisted living.
According to Pam's wishes, no services will be held. Memorial contributions may be made to Mercy One Hospice or Make a Wish.
