Pamela Jo Cartee

July 23, 1954 – June 6, 2025

Pamela Jo Cartee, born on July 23, 1954, in Missouri to John and Alice (Sheffer) Canfield, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on June 6, 2025, in Milo, Iowa.

Pam lived a full and meaningful life. She worked as a forklift operator for Conagra Frozen Cold Storage, where she was known for her dedication, strong work ethic, and warm personality. Beyond her career, she was a beloved presence in the lives of many—especially her children, Renita Winfrey, Robyn Griffitt, James Jones and Britney Jones, who were the heart of her world.

She is survived by children, Renita Winfrey, Robyn Griffitt and husband Gary Griffitt, James Jones and Britney Jones; 8 grandchildren, 5 Great grandchildren, and brothers Pat Canfield and Paul Canfield. Pam was deeply loved and will be missed dearly.

She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Alice Canfield, brother Phillip Canfield and Sisters Paula Kuhlman and Sue Canfield Hall.

Pamela’s legacy is one of strength, kindness, and unconditional love. Her memory will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
