Nancy passed away on the morning of Thursday September 28th after a brief illness. Her niece Stephanie and best friend Dee Duff were by her side. A celebration of life was held Saturday September 30th at the Holiday Inn in Urbandale on Plum Drive. Nancy will be cremated and her remains interred at a later date.
Nancy is survived by her brother Larry (Pam) Rieck, brother Doug Rieck, niece Stephanie (David) Heims, niece McKensie (Craig) Magee, and two great-nephews Sam & Seth. Nancy was preceded in death by her parents Merlin and Ruth (Kenyon) Rieck.
Nancy will be remembered as a beloved sister and sister-in-law, aunt, great-aunt, cousin, coworker at Farm Bureau, and friend.
