Michael Frappollo

Michael Frappollo, 73, passed away on Thursday, October 31st, 2024, at Veterans Hospital in Des Moines.

Michael Frappollo was born February 11th, 1951, in New York to Peter and Ruth (Bayus) Frappollo. After he served in the Army he went to work for IBM and stayed in Information Technology until he retired from McKesson.

Michael was united in marriage to the love of his life, Maxine on May 8th, 1981, and the couple lived in Ohio for 30 years until they retired and moved to Huxley in 2016.  Michael loved Model Railroading and going to the Shooting Range.

He will be deeply missed by his wife; Maxine and Children (Stephanie Proffitt, Michele Colon, and Step-Daughter Ilissa McClelland).  Michael has 9 Grandchildren and 5 Great Grandchildren.  

At the end of his life, he was taken care of by the Angles at the CLC Unit at the Veterans Complex in Des Moines, Iowa.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
