Heather Michelle (Williams) Ribble was born in Des Moines, Iowa on March 19,1967 to Robert H. and Hilda Irene Williams. She went to meet her Lord and Savior on Sunday, May 4, 2025.
She was the youngest of four children – she was the baby and doted on by her mom and dad. She achieved the highest honor in Missionettes – Honor Star, an Assembly of God program for girls. She graduated from Des Moines Tech as an LPN. She went to Grandview University on a full ride academic scholarship and graduated as a BSN. She worked in health care until her health no longer allowed it.
She loved to travel, especially in warm climates. She loved classic movies and hot tea, but her passion was her little London, her Shih Tzu. She loved all things British because of her mother’s birthplace.
Left to cherish her memory is her husband, Jonathan Ribble. Also, her siblings, Glenn (Linda) Williams of Des Moines, IA, Kirk (Kathy) Williams of Malvern, AR, and Cynthia (Dennis) Thompson of Indianola, IA. She had 8 nieces and nephews, Robert Williams of Foley, AL, Michael (Joselyn) Williams of Saginaw, TX, Kimberly (Cory) Frank of Indianola, IA, Matthew Williams of Des Moines, IA, Angela (Matthew) Gidley of Waverly, IA, Beth (John) Fugitt of Springfield, MO, Stephanie (James) Skinner of Springfield, MO and Tyler Thompson of Pueblo, CO. There are 18 great nieces and nephews and many beloved family members on her husband’s side.
Waiting to welcome her in heaven were her Mom and Dad.
A memorial service will be held at Glad Tidings Assembly of God, 314 E Army Post Rd, Des Moines, IA on Thursday, May 15 at 11 am with a fellowship following, Interment will be at a later date in a private ceremony.
