Jon was a resident of Grimes, Iowa. He passed away on Sunday, May 23, 2021.
Jon was a painter for many years and worked for several painting companies in Des Moines. He also worked at Beaver Creek Golf course.
Jon had a wit and sense of humor and was fun to be with. He was an outdoorsman and loved to hunt and fish. He loved animals as well as his family and friends.
Left to cherish his memory is his niece, Laura (Steve) Kuhl, nephew, Pat South, niece, Elizabeth (Steve) Howell, five great nephews, three great nieces, five great-great nephews and one great-great niece and one great-great niece on the way.
A private service will be held at a later date.
