Carrie Chantel Bonnett, age 37, passed away suddenly on Monday, September 25, 2023, at her home. There are no services planned at this time.
She is survived by her partner, Robert Nuzum II of Des Moines, IA; her five children,
Noah Bonnett of Newton, IA, Faith Bonnett of Newton, IA, Willow Nuzum /Siefken
of Des Moines, IA, Grace Nuzum/Siefken of Des Moines, IA, and Hunter Nuzum of Des Moines, IA; her parents Phoebe and Kerry Siefken of Des Moines, IA; sisters, April Perdomo (Carlos) of Urbandale, IA and Felicia Vander Velden of Altoona, IA; several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and her 3 cats, Rascal, Precious, and Boots.
She was preceded in death by her father, Gary Vander Velden; her paternal grandparents, Bastian and Henrietta Vander Velden; her maternal grandparents, Charles and Patricia Wright.
