Calvin Sale

Calvin Lee Sale, 64, passed away peacefully at his home in Ankeny, Iowa, on Tuesday, August 19, 2025, after a long battle with cancer.

Calvin was born on April 6, 1961, in St. Joseph, Missouri. During his childhood, his family relocated to Johnston, Iowa, where he was raised alongside his siblings. He later attended Drake University and held various jobs throughout his life. In his later years, Calvin settled in Ankeny.

He is survived by two brothers. His ashes will be inurned at a cemetery in St. Joseph, Missouri, at a later date.
