Brad Lee Lemon of Creston, Iowa died November 22, 2021 at the Greater Community Regional Medical Center in Creston. He was 41 years old. He was born on June 20, 1980 in Creston, Iowa to William Lemon and Debra (Cooper, Lemon) Duff. He grew up in Creston and graduated from Creston High School in 1999. From 2005-2008 Brad lived in Custer, South Dakota before moving back to Creston.
Brad enjoyed hunting, fishing and wood-working, as well as spending time with his beloved dog, Heaven. His greatest love was his daughter Serenity, age 4 whom he referred to as his “little sunshine”.
Celebration of Life will be held at 1:30 PM on Saturday, December 4, 2021 at the United Methodist Church in Creston, Iowa. An interment of ashes ceremony will be at a later date.
Brad is survived by his daughter, Serenity Lynn of Creston, Iowa. He also leaves his father, William Lemon, of Osceola Iowa; one brother, Scott Lemon (his daughter Katie and sons Zeven and Ethan); and one sister, Charity Clear (her daughter Krista and son Cooper), all of Creston Iowa; grandparent Bill Lemon of Osceola Iowa; grandparents Robert and Joyce Cooper of Creston, Iowa; nieces, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Debra Duff; grandmother Betty Lemon; and an uncle Lee Lemon.
Brad will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
Memorial contributions will be given to his daughter Serenity Lynn Lemon in loving memory of Brad.
