B. Darlene Marshall of Maxwell died on May 1, 2022.
Darlene was born on a farm on February 26, 1924 a mile west of Iowa Center, to Carl and Elizabeth Hill. She attended grade school in Iowa Center, graduated from high school in Maxwell. Later graduated from Radio Television Institute in Omaha, Nebraska and became a teletype operator.
She was employed at Wright-Patterson AFB in Dayton, Ohio. Also, she worked in the Transportation Office at AFB in Anchorage, Alaska. She was married to Welby Marshall on April 10, 1946 in Chicago, Illinois.
Surviving are her sons Carl and Wesley, 2 grandchildren, and 2 great grandchildren.
Body will be cremated, no services planned.
