Raymond Dean Burke passed away on Feb 18, 2022, at his home in Des, Moines IA. He was born Dec 23rd, 1966, to Walter Ray Burke and Katherine B Burke in Orange Calif.
Raymond was surrounded by his family at the time of his death. He spent of his life in California. He loved to bowl, skate, and ride motorcycles. In 1990, he moved to Iowa, and met the mother of his children, Jennette Jenkins, of 16 years.
Left to honor his memory is his loving sweetheart, Shelley Bodine, of Des, Moines IA; his mother, Katherine Canaday, of Birmingham IA; two brothers, Ronald Burke (Heather) of Birmingham, IA and Robert Burke (Natasha) of New Sharon; two sons, Jacob (Amanda) Jenkins of Burlington IA and Brandon Jenkins of Farmington IA; three grandchildren, Elijah, Harper, and Graeson Jenkins; and many nephews, nieces, and cousins.
Raymond was preceded in death by his father Walter Ray Burke; aunt, Sharon Deckard; and two uncles, Richard Baird and Donald Kight.
